Terms of Service

LeaderCues ("LeaderCues", "we", "us") is the service operated at leadercues.com and app.leadercues.com, providing a personal workspace for engineering managers and team leads. By using the site or the product, you agree to these Terms. Contact: support@leadercues.com.

You must be at least 18 years old to use LeaderCues. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

LeaderCues is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. When we ship a material change, we'll let you know in advance by email or in-product notice.

LeaderCues offers a free plan and paid monthly subscription plans. There is no annual plan.

The free plan includes monthly usage allowances (for example AI credits) that reset each month. Allowances and features of free or promotional plans may be time-limited or change over time; we'll communicate material changes in advance by email or in-product notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing and related billing support. By purchasing a plan you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Prices are shown at purchase. Paid monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing month at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid month.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Store special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data about the people you manage (for example health, religion, political views, biometric or financial data).
• Disrupt the service or try to access other users' data without permission.

You retain all rights to the notes, names, and other content you add to LeaderCues. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

The LeaderCues software, branding, and website are owned by LeaderCues and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any of our IP to you beyond the right to use the service.

You can stop using LeaderCues at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your paid access ends at the end of the current billing month unless terminated for cause.

LeaderCues is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaderCues will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the service's operation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms over time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest change. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you by email or in-product notice.
