Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be happy with LeaderCues. If it's not the right fit, you can request a refund under the terms below. Payments for LeaderCues are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the merchant of record and issues refunds on our behalf.
2. 14-day refund window
You can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of the charge, for any reason. This applies to both first-time purchases and renewal charges.
After 14 days we generally do not issue refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent the next monthly renewal.
3. Subscription cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future monthly renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing month. Cancellation on its own does not refund the current month. If you're still within the 14-day window, ask for a refund under Section 2.
4. What is not refundable
We generally do not refund:
- Charges older than 14 days.
- Partial-month usage after the 14-day window.
- Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@leadercues.com from the address associated with your account. Include the Paddle order or receipt reference if you have it. We'll reply within 3 business days. Once approved, Paddle processes the refund to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to arrive, depending on your bank.
You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net using the email address on your receipt.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence (for example, the EU right of withdrawal for digital services).
